Description

The grapes are harvested one to one and a half months after the regular yellow Muscat harvest, when the opportunity arises. After fermentation, the grapes are left to ripen in an inox tank for a year.

It is golden yellow in colour. The aroma is noble, even still musky, but the presence of the noble noble mould botrytis can be detected. Smooth and elegant to drink. A sweet wine.
