Description

Fermentation and then maturation for about 7 months take place in an inox tank.

It is golden yellow with CO2 bubbles. A muscat odour predominates. Trained noses can also detect cinnamon, roses, peaches, even ripe pears. On the palate, the wine is sweeter, with higher acids, a fine body, and a muscat charge that is intense and persistent.
