Rumeni muškat – selection

The grapes are harvested one to one and a half months after the regular yellow muscat harvest, when the opportunity arises. After fermentation, the grapes are left to ripen in an inox tank for a year.

It is a delicate lemon-yellow colour. The bouquet is pronounced, youthful and offers a varied, ripe Muscat bouquet reminiscent of grapes, ripe yellow fruits, lime, dried apricots, figs and raisins. On the palate the wine is sweet, the acids are higher and nicely balance the sweetness. It is medium-bodied, with an intense character.
