Description

Classical method, 72 months of ageing on yeast, no added sugar.

The colour is a delicate lemon yellow. The bubbles are tiny, playful and numerous. The flower is more delicate, beautifully fragrant and varied.

It is very dry on the palate and the acidity gives the sparkling wine a liveliness which is very endearing. The texture of the bubbles is very pleasant and fine due to the long maturation on the yeast. It finishes with a pleasant, longer aftertaste.

Dveri - pax

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.

The vines are cultivated in a nature-friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently separated from the stalks, and then their knowledge, experience and tradition are successfully combined with the most modern wine-making technologies.
