Description

Immediately after harvesting compression - 100% Samotok blue frank. Vinification was very slowly held in a cooled stainless steel container, where the wine was also matured until bottling.

A gentle salmon color, which, in the mouth, appears to be more structural and at the same time fresh dew. Pleasant acid makes it a great companion to several cuisine dishes.

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.

The vines are cultivated in a nature-friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently separated from the stalks, and then their knowledge, experience and tradition are successfully combined with the most modern wine-making technologies.

Maturing the grapes results in wines that are characterised by a wonderful harmony of freshness, delicate fruit flavours and the quality of each varietal.
