Santomas

Rose

The Santomas rose is made from three varieties. The perfectly healthy and ripe grapes have been further hand-selected after mechanical de-stemming. This was followed by several hours of cold maceration in rototanks, at the end of which the clean grapes were separated from the skins. The wine was then aged on dead yeasts for four months. It was bottled before the onset of spring, thus preserving its youthful freshness.

It is of a delicate ruby colour with shades of ruby red. The smell reminds us of strawberries, raspberries. On the palate, it is fresh and sparkling, with notes of banana and green apple alongside the fruit.
