Description
On predominantly lapper land, the Stokelj family planted by merlot, and rose is grown from these younger vineyards. As well as taking great care in the production of the grapes, they also try to be as precise as possible in the vinification. Harvesting takes place early in the morning, the grapes are cooled, fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled inox tank, where they continue to ripen for another 4 months on fine lees.
The colour is a delicate salmon. The bouquet is youthful, raspberry, grapefruit, strawberry, precise, varied. On the palate it is dry, lively, with plenty of Co2 freshness, and a beautifully crafted fruity character. Precise, tasty, long. Always an excellent rosé.
