After harvesting, the grapes are cooled and then fined at a controlled temperature of approx. 18°C. This is followed by a year's maturation in barriques, half new and half used.

It is golden yellow in colour. The bouquet is ripe, sumptuous, fruity, yellow fruits, butter, peaches and spices. On the palate, the wine is dry, fairly ripe, medium-bodied, ripe acids, oily in texture, complex and finely interwoven. It has an intense character that spreads finely across the palate and persists.
