Planta white

After the harvest is completed, the grapes cool, followed by the finification at a controlled temperature of approximately 18 °C. This is followed by one annual ripening in barrique barrels, half in new ones, half used.

The color is a gentle golden yellow. The flower is ripe, luxurious, fruit. It is dry, compact, delicious, with oil texture, complex and finely intertwined. An intense character that is finely distributed throughout the mouth and insists. Elegant and fine.

Štokelj proves year after year that his white planta belongs to the very slovenian summit of white genres.
