After 14 days maceration in open vessels and controlled fermentation ripens in a large 1600L oak barrel 18 months.

It is ruby ​​red with purple shades. The flower is more intense, reminiscent of juicy red fruits, a ripe wild cherry, with fine notes of ripening in wood. Merlot gives a pleasant softness, and barbera provides freshness. The wine is dry, medium body and ripe tannins. With freshness and fruit, he proudly expresses the natural resources of the Vipava Valley.
