Santomas Malvazija Antonius
Description
The first mature Malvasia from the Santomas cellar.
It is a genre of two years. Fermentation and several days of maceration are held in inox. The wine is then poured into 500-liter acacia barrels, where it ripens for about a year, after which it goes into concrete eggs, where it ripes for at least half a year. The second year they mix, however, matures only in Acacia's barrel. Volume 2020, which was both in acacia and in concrete, is very defined, softened, very open. The second year 2021, which was only in acacia, added stability, grounded. Stuffed without filtration.
Deep golden yellow colors, the flower offers beautifully intertwined perceptions of honey, with a clear but fine balsamic note and a touch of dried herbs.
In the mouth dry, salty, moderate acids, intense and long aftertaste.
