Mezzo forte

Hand -picked grapes, cool overnight. The grapes were read at the reading table, without the mash, the vinifiers are between 22 and 30 ° C for the period up to one week. After the congestion, the wine matures for a couple of months on dead yeasts, where it also completes the biological breakdown, then it goes to 15 monthly ripening into 225l and 350l wooden soda from French oak.
It is deep purple, the smell is reminiscent of dry plums, pepper, wood. In the mouth, the wine is dry, full of taste, juicy, with medium and ripened tannins.
