Description

Sergashi grape berries fermented together with juice at temperatures between 25 and 28 ° C. The fermentation was completed, followed by an extended maceration, which lasted about 30 days.

After the maceration ended, we streamed the wine into new French Barrique oak barrels, where the wine had noble for the next 24 months. During the ripening in Barrique barrels, biological breakdown has expired.
