The grapes are taken to the refrigerator immediately after harvest to prevent the slightest oxidation.

Then completely healthy grapes are dissolved, crushed and cold macerated for a couple of hours. He fermented the clever musts in stainless steel tanks, and part of the must of about 10% in the used barrique barrels from French oak. The wine has matured on dead yeasts without sulfur for four months. This is followed by typing and bottling.
