Description

Boiling takes place in stainless tanks, wine ripens on fine lees.

The color is gentle, lemon yellow visible are very small bubbles that promise freshness. The flower is medium highlighted and very varied. Emphasis is placed on youthful, fruit notes such as apricot, peach, pineapple, lemon, which are very precise and beautifully intertwined. It is very dry in the mouth.

The richness of the taste increases and deepens in the mouth, joined by a beautiful spicy note in the direction of pepper and cinnamon, which indicates that the wine is still in the rise and that we are still waiting for the climax. Full of taste, balanced with a long finish.

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.

The vines are cultivated in a nature-friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently separated from the stalks, and then their knowledge, experience and tradition are successfully combined with the most modern wine-making technologies.

Maturing the grapes results in wines that are characterised by a wonderful harmony of freshness, delicate fruit flavours and the quality of each varietal.
