Description

Vinification and maturation took place in an inox tank for 6 months on fine lees.

Delicately golden yellow in colour. The bouquet is youthful and expressive, with a clear, varied rose note. Nutmeg, cinnamon, ripe apple in the background. Juicy and inviting.

The clear residual sugar goes well with the moderate acidity. Light-bodied with plenty of liveliness. On the palate it has a clear varietal character, which is intense and the aftertaste is long. It stays in the mouth for almost a minute.

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.

The vines are cultivated in a nature-friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently separated from the stalks, and then their knowledge, experience and tradition are successfully combined with the most modern wine-making technologies.

Maturing the grapes results in wines that are characterised by a wonderful harmony of freshness, delicate fruit flavours and the quality of each varietal.
