Description

Classical method - uncategorised, at least 80 months on the lees.

The grapes used to produce this sparkling wine have been macerated for a short period. It has a delicate pink colour. Delicate, fine flowers, yeasty notes intertwined with a raspberry, bread crust aroma. On the palate it is perfectly dry, with higher acids and lively bubbles.

The Frelih family’s tradition of viticulture and winemaking is more than a hundred years old. The Frelih family has always been famous for its autocthones cviček, and Josip Frelih was one of the first to bottle cviček.

The winery is located in the Dolenjska wine-growing region. The sunny location, the quality of the soil and the favourable climate are the best suited for the growth of traditional vines for the production of Cviček.

For decades, the tradition has been to grow grapes and produce wines of the best quality. In addition to Cviček, the house’s specialities are sparkling wines made according to the traditional method and wines matured in special oak barriques.
