Classical method, secondary fermentation for at least 66 months

Produced from indigenous black velvet using the 'blanc de noir' method.

It is delicately golden yellow in colour, with finer, finer bubbles. Aromas of yellow fruit, hazelnuts, bread crust. Very dry in the mouth, high acidity, buttery.

Frelih

The Frelih family’s tradition of viticulture and winemaking is more than a hundred years old. The Frelih family has always been famous for its autocthones cviček, and Josip Frelih was one of the first to bottle cviček.

The winery is located in the Dolenjska wine-growing region. The sunny location, the quality of the soil and the favourable climate are the best suited for the growth of traditional vines for the production of Cviček.

For decades, the tradition has been to grow grapes and produce wines of the best quality. In addition to Cviček, the house’s specialities are sparkling wines made according to the traditional method and wines matured in special oak barriques.
