Description

After the grapes are hand-harvested, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in the presence of the grapes (maceration for 3 days) with the help of the winery's own yeasts. This is followed by a 6-month maturation in used french oak barriques on fine lees.

The wine is greenish golden in colour, with a delicate varietal bouquet reminiscent of mediterranean herbs and dried fruits with a hint of roasted almonds. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied, moderate acidity, with a slightly oily texture and a hint of wood ageing.
