Description

Classical method, minimum 60 months maturation on yeast.

It is a delicate salmon colour. Aroma of raspberry, bread crust. A little sweeter on the fruity palate.

The sparkling wine from the farm is a child of Dolenjska and a speciality among sparkling wines. With its light character, youthful freshness and delicate intoxication, it makes a strong impression on everyone from the first time they meet it.

Serve it as an aperitif, even with slightly spicier starters.

The Frelih family’s tradition of viticulture and winemaking is more than a hundred years old. The Frelih family has always been famous for its autocthones cviček, and Josip Frelih was one of the first to bottle cviček.

The winery is located in the Dolenjska wine-growing region. The sunny location, the quality of the soil and the favourable climate are the best suited for the growth of traditional vines for the production of Cviček.

For decades, the tradition has been to grow grapes and produce wines of the best quality. In addition to Cviček, the house’s specialities are sparkling wines made according to the traditional method and wines matured in special oak barriques.
