Description

Matured in 100% Charmat tanks for 3 months on fine lees

The sparkling wine is lemon-yellow in colour with endless chains of bubbles. The aroma is restrained at first, then ticklingly fruity (green apple and citrus). The taste is characteristic of the intensity of the character of a ribouille, with a lively freshness.
