Description

After the end of the harvest a 20-day maceration followed. Then 80% of the wine was aged for 24 months in French and American barriques and 20% in large oak barrels. After the maturation was completed, the best barrels were combined and further matured in stainless steel tanks.

The wine is a deep ruby red colour with a purple reflection. The aroma is pronounced, with blackcurrant, plum jam, cocoa, chocolate and mint. The palate is velvety and full, with sweet tannins that combine with the vanilla aromas to create a very harmonious and complex wine.
