Description
Each of the varieties for this sparkling wine is produced separately. Fermentation took place separately for 7 months in inox tanks for chardonnay, blue pinot and rebula. The three varieties were then blended together and underwent a secondary fermentation. The wine was left on the lees for 48 months. This was followed by hand-drying and the addition of sugar-free liqueur - pas dosage.
It is yellow-green and golden in colour, the tiny bubbles are lively and energetic. The aroma is complex and seductive, with dried fruit and a hint of bread crust. The palate is persuaded by a pronounced minerality and a pronounced citrus freshness. There is pastry and white fruit, citrus and a full and harmonious minerality, culminating in a persuasive and long finish.
