Description

After the harvest is completed, each variety macerates separately. Merlot ferments in the French 225 liter "Barrique" barrels, and Cabernet Franc in 350 liter oak barrels.

The maturation takes place in 100%French barrels, 24 months after the "sur-lie¨ method.

The wine is dark ruby ​​red with a purple note. It is a full elegant body, the fruit is intertwined with the herb and the spiciness of the green pepper, the long chocolate, coffee aftertaste.
