Description

A white macerated wine that has a different appearance, a different taste and also a different philosophy to the consumer. The maceration took one year. The rebula was macerated in a large oval oak barrel, while Malvasia and Sauvignonasse are macerated in stainless steel.

It is deep yellow with amber shades. The aroma is reminiscent of delicate aromas of ripe white fruits, spices, cedar, almonds, rounded with fresh bread crust. A distinct minerality, citrus fruits and thyme are felt on taste. Gentle sweet tannins and long, fresh and durable aftertaste, rounded with roasted almonds.
