Description

After the harvest, each variety is macerated separately. The rebula ripen with the berry skins in wooden containers for 12 months. Sauvignonasse ripens in inox containers for 1 month, as does malvasia, while pinot gris macerates in amphorae for three days, followed by 12 months of ripening.

It is slightly copper-coloured with amber hues, aromas of quince, ripe pear and a hint of thyme. Mineral, citrus and thyme on the palate. Delicate sweet tannins and a long, fresh and persistent aftertaste rounded off with roasted almonds.
