Description

The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards - healthy and slightly over-ripe grapes. After 12 hours of cold maceration, fermentation and maturation took place for 12 months in 6000 l oak barrels and partly in 225 l French barrique barrels.

It is deep yellow in colour with a golden tinge. The aroma is varietal, reminiscent of lemon, cedar and grapefruit. It is pleasantly rounded off with a delicate aroma of vanilla, roasted almonds. The taste is full, fresh, mineral and harmonious. The finish is smooth, with a delicate note of sweet tannins.
