Description

After the harvest, a 48-hour controlled maceration followed. Fermentation then took place in 80% stainless steel tanks and 20% new barrique barrels. The malolactic fermentation took place only partially and only in barriques. The wine was matured for 12 months, after which it was blended and further matured in stainless steel tanks.

It is golden yellow in colour with copper tints. Aromas of ripe pear, acacia, grapefruit on the palate soft, ripe and fruity. Rich flavour with balanced acids.
