Description

Fermentation and maturation 100% takes place in large oak barrels.

It is dark ruby red with coffee shade, the aroma is reminiscent of herbal-wanful character, black pepper, mint and pine. In the background, we encounter a pleasant scent of the purple flower, a gentle fruit note on blueberries and plums, and cocoa cream. In the mouth full and smooth. Departure slightly spicy.
