Description
Grapes for her comes from a terraced vineyard 150m above sea level of foxes. It is a wine that matures in barrels enriched with the smoke of local herbs.
It is an "orange wine" with a ten -month maceration, but process are driven that the wine is actually golden in color. Its full body and lively freshness, characteristic of the rebula, complement each other with stunning herbal aromatics. The tradition of the old Briški tradition and the contemporary knowledge and interpretation of one of the most popular Slovenian oenologists Darinko Ribolica and our main cellar, Igor Skubin, are intertwined in the wine.
It is a deeper golden yellow color, ripened flowers, full of honey flavor, oil texture. With a long slightly caramel aftertaste.
