Description

Produced only in quality harvests. Each variety is produced separately.
A long maceration at the temp was performed. between 25-28˚C. Merlot was macerated for 15 days, cabernet sauvignon 18 days and cabernet franc 13 days after the maceration were poured into French Barrique-E.

They mature separately for 12 months in contact with weekly lifting lees. This was followed by a bunch and a 15-month ripening in Barrique.

The wine is dark ruby ​​red, with a purple hue and pomegranate, aroma after ripe candied oranges, cherry and plum jams, taste full, sweet, balanced.
