Description

Produced only in quality harvests. Each variety is produced separately.

All grapes were cooled to temps before stalking.8 ° C. After 48 hours of cooling, only the perfect clever part of the must was flowed. The ripening was held 12 months after varieties in contact with lees in French barrique barrels. (chardonnay in new rebula and picolit in one year of used.)

After preparing the genre, the A + wine matured for 6 months for barrique.

The aromas are luxurious and multifaceted. Ripe fruits, butter and mineral notes and finely integrated spices that developed during ripening in wood. It is full, massive and balanced in the mouth, with a solid structure that predicts an extremely long life.
