Description

A variety of two international varieties from their best vineyards with a low vine load.

Chardonnay is fermented and matured in French barriques for 12 months, while sauvignon is fermented and matured in inox tanks, also for 12 months after a 'sur lie' fasting.

The wine is golden yellow with a green tinge. Rich, structured, soft and herbaceous at the same time. The fruity, tropical fruit flavours are persistent and elegant. The finish is long and velvety.
