Description

After harvesting and fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in French barriques. The best barrels were then selected and matured for a few months in inox containers.

It is deep yellow with a golden hue. The varietal aromas are reminiscent of citrus, ripe peach, melon, butter, vanilla and hazelnut. Complemented by a pronounced hint of bread crust. The taste is rich, yet fresh and crisp. Elegant texture, pronounced minerality. The finish is long and velvety.
