Description

Fermentation and maturation takes place in 100% French barriques.

It is a deep ruby red colour with a brick-like tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of ripe red fruits, berries. On the palate it is ripe, pleasantly soft, full-bodied with well-defined tannins.

A modernly made pinot noir, which plays on a note of likeability given that it is always a challenging variety for wine beginners.
