The first wine of the new year from the Brdo cellar.

The production is made according to the world -renowned post, which originates in Beaujolais, Burgundy. In doing so, whole, selected clusters, macerate under the influence of CO2 in tanks. Inside the grape berries, processes are carried out that accelerate the transition of aromatic and colored substances from the strawberry skin into the juice, and then the must boils at controlled temperature.

Dark ruby ​​red with a purple hue shows that it is a carrot among young wines. The primary aromas of fresh, full ripe fruits take us into the world of ripe forest fruits - ripe cherries, raspberries, cherries and plums.

Young wine with pleasant freshness, special, fruit character and long decline.
