Description

The basic wine was produced from organic chardonnay. The fermentation took place with its own yeasts, but then the year matured. It is deep golden yellow in color, ripe aromas of peaches, apples, lemons, also rosemary. It is very dry, soft, rich in the mouth.

It is an intense and structured sparkling wine with an elegant, mineral and durable aftertaste.
