Comes from their best Java position. The harvest took place early in the morning in late September. The grapes were very quickly spent and placed on five daily maceration. This is followed by vinification and one annual ripening in Barrique barrels.

It is golden yellow with amber shades. The smell is reminiscent of overripe yellow fruits, including fig, honey.

In the mouth dry, mineral, we detect maturation in the wood vanilla. It is extremely elegant fresh and at the same time rich, beautifully coordinated, with a long aftertaste.
