Description

It comes from single vineyard Java location. The harvest took place at the end of October. The grapes were quickly picked and macerated for five days. This was followed by vinification and one year of maturation in 225l. barriques.

It is golden yellow with amber hues. The aroma is reminiscent of overripe yellow fruit, including fig and honey. On the palate, it is dry, mineral, with ripe fruit, herbs, sweet spices, vanilla, aged in wood.
