Movia Lunar
Description
King of Special Wines - This is where nature, with the help of the moon, makes most of what a man usually does. Healthy and clean wine, without added sulfur.
Grapes hand -cut, laid in new oak barrels with a specially adapted lid. Boiling begins in the berries themselves, which are released by wine after a while. After 8 months of ripening, at the full moon, the wine is poured into a free fall into bottles, without adding sulfur, without filtration and without congestion. So we get a wine that approaches the wine that man found in nature.
We find notes of ripening in the wood and a sophisticated spicy-wooded note that reminds of the smoking and fine fragrances. In the mouth, the wine is dry, elegant, harden (strawberry skins have broken down and remained in wine) and youthful. A note of the grapes is concealed, the fine woody note prevails.
