Turno red

After the harvest, the wine is macerated for 2 weeks with controlled temperature and indigenous yeasts. This is followed by 18 months of maturation 50% in oak barrels and 50% in Eggoist concrete eggs.

It is translucent ruby red in colour, with intense flowers offering a blend of ripe black berry fruit with maturation in wooden barrels. Ripe plum, black cherry, chocolate too. On the palate it is soft, with velvety tannins, freshness and minerality are pronounced.
