Modri pinot

It comes from a warm vintage in which blue pinot had the opportunity to ripen completely and evenly.

The maceration takes place 3-4 weeks until the end of the boil until the hat of the tropin is immersed and the nature purifies the wine. The wine is thus prepared for 4 years of ripening in the French 220l (Barrique) barrels, of course, without flow.

The color that indicates the years of ripening is deeper pomegranate, almost brownish. The mouth is dry, plum aromas, cherries, leather with a courageous measure of silk tannins and the right measure of acids that raise its character and give it longevity.
