Veliko white

The harvest was held at the end of September and early October.

Start of boiling in large tanks with natural fungi read from the same grapes harvested in pre -trial (5%). Gray pinot and sauvignon macerate 24h and the rebula for 5 days. Silent boiling ends in wooden barriers, where the wine ripens until the end on its own sediment, without flow. The bottling is never used sulfur, or any other preservative.

The wine matured in 220l for 18 months. oak barrels.

It is a fairly distinct color, clear with oil texture. In the mouth we find a yellow apple, butter, khaki breadcrumbs, and later vanilla and cinnamon. Soft warm taste, a mineral rich in long existence.
