Description
It comes from the location of Brežič, their best location and an older vineyard. In addition, the selection of the best barrels is also for Veliko merlot.
After the harvest is over in early October, completely healthy and mature grapes squeeze. Wine ferment with its own yeasts. This is followed by a flow to wooden barrique barrels and four year ripening. As stated before bottling, they only choose wine from the best barrels for this wine.
It is a deep rubrst red, a ripened flower is reminiscent of black fruits, chocolate, coffee, and finally leather. In the mouth juicy, dense, soft, tannins are pleasant and nicely ripe. Elegant and long aftertaste.
