Rebula white label

After the harvest at the end of September, the wine is fermented and macerated for 10 days with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels.
The wine is then matured for 8 months in (225l) oak barrels, followed by 12 months in Eggoist concrete eggs + a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

It has a deeper golden yellow colour, herbaceous floral. There is yellow apple, quince, ripe pear and red grapefruit. It is soft, warmer on the palate. The palate is balanced by minerality and youthful freshness, and tannins. It is a wine of intensity, full body and an elegant, long-lasting aftertaste with hints of quince, citrus, sweet spices and herbs.
