Rebula white label

With its mineralism, the indigenous Rebula variety is a kind of reflection of the Earth of Brda and the pride of their region.

This one matured 2 years in 225 l. French oak. Golden with amber shades testifies to longer contact of must with strawberry skin. The flower is surprisingly rich for the rebula, with vanilla notes, apples.

It is very dry in the mouth, with a touch of tannins and a salty, delicious character full of life. It is like a tribute to the ribs, the oldest Brda varieties.
