Movia Esenca Merlot
Description
Harvesting takes place when the physiological ripeness of the grapes has been greatly exceeded. The grapes are cut and left to macerate until the end of fermentation. After fermentation, the grapes are allowed to sink into the grape marc, thus producing a natural wine filtered with their own marc on the top side of the marc, which is transferred directly into the barriques. The rest was pushed and, after a week, when the sediment had settled, the clean part was strained and distributed to all the barriques, where the wine completed malolactic fermentation.
Bottled after 3 years of ageing.
It is ruby red in colour. It has a dense texture, with berry, raspberry, blackberry and a hint of smoke. Sweet on the palate, the pleasant acidity offers freshness, structurally with a long aftertaste.
