Puro Rose is a special sparkling wine that is not degenerated and so they do not do this process, but you can do it yourself when you open the bottle. This is how the wine lives along with its own -nar yeasts in the bottle to the end and is without any preservatives. The advantage is therefore that such a process gives him an unlimited life.
Unlike the classic method, sugar is not used and does not add yeast for fermentation in a bottle, but exclusively must with all its admixtures and the '' world '' of the microorganisms that live in them. Therefore, ripe wine ferments in a bottle and thus produces Puro Rose.
It is a gentle salmon color, with a fine flower, it smells a little after the berries. In the mouth, the wine is completely dry, with beautiful, ripe, accentuated acids. Complex sparkling wine with fine bubbles and long decline.
