Description

Classic method, ripening on yeast for at least 36 months.

It has a distinctive gentle onion color, characterized by fine bubbles and prolonged foaming, which is due to longer secondary ripening. Fine fresh and fruit aromas, raspberry, wild cherry. It preserves all the noble flavors of blue pinot enriched with the mineral that is obtained in their vineyards on the Karst soil Terra Rosi.

The Family Farm Sanabor is located in the vicinity of Štanjel in the Karst. Six hectares of vineyards are terraced between the Karst and Vipava, where rich red earth and lapor speak in their noble drop. Their altitude between 340 and 420m. is ideal for the production of sparkling wine.

Igor and his family are the fourth generation of winemakers, and he started making sparkling wine about 30 years ago. They want to be diverse and innovative and offer a new dimension to local grape varieties.

Every year, with enthusiasm, the ability to adapt to nature, climate, weather, they manage to maintain and acquire healthy grapes. Some vines are also 50 years old. With this, the sparkling wine reflects the richness, subtlety and elegance of the great terroir they have. They say that only by processing nature in its co-means you are rewarded with quality grapes.
