Description

After the harvesting of perfectly healthy and very ripe grapes was completed by mid-October, only grapes that were covered in noble rot were picked from each vine by the assembled pickers. This was followed by maceration for about 20 days. Fermentation was carried out with the winery's own yeasts, at an uncontrolled temperature, and the wine was then matured in a 2500 l oak barrel for a further year.

It is deep golden yellow in colour, with grapefruit, lime and acacia blossom on the nose. On the palate it is fruity, buttery and elegantly rich with pleasant background tannins and a long aftertaste.
