Description

The grapes for it were harvested in early October, and were treated with a slight botrytis. Highly aromatic and low in tannins, it was macerated for 30 days in domestic oak barrels at controlled temperature. This was followed by a 22-month maturation period in a 3 500 litre oak barrel.

It is golden yellow in colour and has an intense aroma, reminding us of acacia, apricot and ripe peach. On the palate it is light, soft and rich at the same time. With a long finish.
