Description

Biodynamic processing

After harvesting at the end of September, the grapes are picked into 15 kg crates and then destemmed. This is followed by approximately three weeks of maceration, during which fermentation and biological acidification are completed. The wine matures for just under a year in 600-liter and 225-liter used wooden barrels before bottling.

It has a deep golden-yellow color and an aroma of dried pears and linden blossoms. On the palate, it has a strong but elegant structure, with flavors reminiscent of almonds and white peaches.
