Batič Valentino white
Description
Valentino is a wine of dried pinela grapes and rebula. The wine is only signed by top, healthiest harvests. Valentine's harvest begins in mid -October.
The grapes are consistent with wooden boxes, in which in a dry and windy attic it dries naturally by April. During this time, the grapes are formed by raisins, which the taste remains present in Valentine.
Before squeezing, each cluster is re -examined. After a week of reading, they start compressing. Usually, Valentine grapes are squeezed on Easter. About 1l of Valentine flows from the initial 30 kg of the grapes.
Valentine is then poured into slovenian oak barrels. They ripen from 36 to 60 months. Valentino bottles are manually bottled - each Valentina barrel individually, according to biodynamic principles at the appropriate moon's place.
The color is deeper, amber, the wine is dense. It is sweet in the mouth, with a nice measure of acids, bold. The smells of caramel, chocolate, are further enhanced in the mouth. Intense, sweet and bold with longer warm decline.
