Description

Zaria is the fusion of the love and knowledge of two families - Batich and nature.

The wine comes from an older vineyard, where several Vipava varieties are planted in a mixed vineyard. Maceration takes place for two months, after which it is matured in a 35 hectolitre oak barrel and then bottled. The natural compounds that are formed nourish and protect the wine.

On the palate, the wine is close to the notes of red wines, dry apricot, balsamic notes, very mineral, full-bodied and with a clean and very long aftertaste.

Recommended with poultry, veal, grilled fish.
